Location = Woodstock Street South in Tavistock across from the Tavistock Public Library.
Tavistock Gazette May 2, 1912 ... "Conrad Seltzer is putting a new foundation under George Eifert's house and store". The building was first used as the Tavistock Foundry with Conrad Myers as proprietor. George Eifert continued in this location. In 1959 it became Klein Brothers Hardware.
